Thanks for uploading and the explanation from the upper floor, which said this 48(72) is basically a re-air of 24(48). I‘ve double-checked the contents already to make sure. Also, the official site and at-x twitter tell the same story. So if you do not want a replica you can skip this one.
PS(not translation): previous SP&SP2 are at-x made Tokyo Encounter chosen scene compilation with just a little bit of new stuff, a short intro with Sugita san and Nakamura san’s new voice-over for each one.
