I don't really mind you putting your tag or whatever, *~~but the torrent is against rules~~ (?)*. That's why I didn't upload it myself (beside being lazy). Anyways, this is a comic book that was originated and done by US authors and artists. It has nothing to do with allowed content here except for being based on a Japanese series, which shouldn't be a sufficient reason. It's like uploading a Hollywood movie here, just because it's based on a Japanese title (e.g. Alita). But Idk if mods are okay with that. Maybe one of them could give an insight on this.

Now that you pointed it out, I'm in doubt too if it's agains't the rules. Ghost in the Shell is a well known japanese manga and this one, although not by the original author or even a japanese one, it's part of the collection. I don't know if this gives leeway for it to be allowed here or not. If this get removed, we'll know. Thanks for the release, btw :)
