@Darkmatter 1080p is about the best you can get for anime, unless it’s a big title or film production (like “Your Name”)

I know this is an untouched BDremux; but I gotta ask:

Why does it have A DTS And DTS-HD MA track? That makes…no sense. I’ve never seen any remux with both. A DTS-HD MA Track will automatically downgrade to a DTS track on unsupported systems. Just feels like a waste of space. I’ve never seen a Blu-Ray come with both.

@Mkilbride NO idea, probably compatibility issues, not sure how far the “Backwards compatible” goes… Bandwidth maybe, a choice for TOSLINK vs RCA vs HDMI? Player compatibility? not all can decode to LPCM output…

ANY device capable of DTS will play a DTS-HD MA file as DTS.

Raw bluray files ARE the best you can get despite what the “re-encoders” will say. I don’t care-I like the best!!
