I just got a chance to watch this episode, and while I like what you do with the subs in terms of effects, moving them around with the characters and so forth, subs should never be moved outside the viewable screen area (or start there, even when moving them onto the screen). This happened quite a few times in this episode, and some subs come and go fast enough as it is in quite a few animes, including this one, and moving them outside the screen while someone is trying to read them just makes it really hard to watch. There were a few times I had rewind a few seconds and then pause the screen so I could read the sub before it disappeared off the side of the screen. Also shaking the subs violently as you did at 23:43 can make it hard to read too. Just something to keep in mind when you are planning you sub effects in each episode.
