Wow thank you! Saves a ton of work for those of us who arent very technically savvy. I really appreciate it. Quick question, I have seen several translation versions floating around for ao no kiseki. Is the one in this torrent the most recent/accurate version? Im a total layman so I apologize for the dumb question

There are only 1 translation available for Ao which is the one by Guren. It was not great and then flame came along and edited Guren's to make it more natural sounding and all that. This is the one that i use for this release and is what everyone should use. However this one still has flaws and frankly we need Geofront to translate Ao but that is going to take time and i played both Zero and Ao with Guren translation and i still loved both games. Just yeah once Ao geofront comes out. please be sure to play that as well. Basically there are only 2 versions for Ao atm. Flame being the optimal one to use.

Ah that makes sense. So this one uses the Flame version then awesome. Ive heard great things about the Geofront translation of Zero but to my knowledge it was obviously a pretty lengthy and extensive project. I might just go ahead and play through the whole series as is because I don't like waiting haha. Thanks again!

Yeah but be sure to keep your ears out for when Ao Geofront becomes a thing + playing other Geofront games for example they announced that there is going to be a Ys x Trails in the sky geofront translation.

The Uploader failed to mention what platform this is for, is it for PSP or something else?

Its PC ofc. Thought that was obvious. Especially since mods arent exactly a forte for PSP + PC is best platform. Frankly if you really need to play these games "on the go" (even though you shouldnt currently), you can use steam link for android and that can be even better than on the PSP by like a big mile.

i cant thank you enough for this. im almost at the end of zero, and the version of Ao i have installed on my pc runs like s**t. I've tried the 60 fps patch and boom: its like some kind of miracle happened lol. now im going to donwload the full release you posted + all the patches. thanks!!!

Thank you for this! I am close to finishing zero and wanted this. Also curious, does Ao No Kiseki evolution have a flame edit version? That would be super convenient.

Is there a way to disable turbo mode? I've downloaded the game but it seems to be running at 2-3x speed all the time. It also glitches out and the screen flashes white every once in awhile, haven't been able to find a fix yet.

It doesn't have Turbo mode, you need Cheat Engine for that (read the info at the top again), I never encountered anything like that though I didn't play for long, just enough to test some things out and it plays flawlessly, no issues that I could see.

Yeah I read that but I don't have cheat engine installed, and it's definitely running at a much faster speed than normal. Weird thing is it sometimes slows down to normal speed, then jumps back to turbo after 5-10 seconds. Guess I will try messing around in the settings or lowering FPS.

Ao no kiseki evolution has no flame edit version. to be frank no evolution Trails game do. the turbo mode in the game itself sucks ass and does not allow you to change the speed which is why i stated to use cheat engine for Ao. (this is the best we got until Geofront Ao releases) Follow the readme on how to setup the cheat engine and it should work fine there. Oh, for the thing where you play too long and it starts to flash white with textures disappearing for it. I do not know if there is a fix, the only thing i can recommend is slowing the speed down of the cheat engine to lower values but for me i just kept it at max and just saved when it was doing that and reloaded which honestly sounds and looks scary but in actuality the game functions fine. basically textures are fucking up -> save -> reload -> The save image might have a messed up image but it works fine -> continue playing. I finished both Zero and Ao like this with this cheat engine thing happening like every so often. Just be sure to save often on a new slot every save (you always should) so that you can reload back if you ever get a corruption.

Just took a look at the 60 FPS patch on Github and went to the ini file and found it is what controls the Turbo mode, you don't need Cheat Engine to control it, just use the ed_voice.ini, also left control is the default keybind for turning on Turbo mode and you can also set a controller button to be used to activate it but by default it set to none.

It would be great if someone could create a new torrent including all of the updates that have come out for the Item Text Cleanups mod, which had a massive "final" update today with many consistency changes to match Geofront's Zero, as well as fully translated tutorials in the detective notebook that were previously in Chinese. The latest version of the mod can be found in the Imgur album linked in the torrent description on top. It is suitable for updating your already downloaded game, too.

FWIW about the permanent turbo problem I was experiencing earlier, I noticed it stopped whenever I unplugged my controller, so it seems maybe my controller was somehow triggering the turbo hotkey, although I'm 100% sure there isn't a key on it bound to left control. Anyway, I unbound the turbo mode hotkey (set it to 0) and the problem has disappeared.

Are you going to upload the game with the full Geofront's patch as package? I tried patching but that didn't work, and i'm stuck right now.

@Ori235: If you want to patch full Geofront's Patch you need the chinese version not japanese version.
