I'm marking this as a remake because of how shitty the release itself is.
I'm not sure why they're lying on the [official releases](https://nyaa.si/user/Dhymos75) *(speaking of, I'll delete this if they choose to upload their own batch)*, but this video is technically **not** 640x480. Sure, their source might be, but they've actually upscaled the video to 1920x1080 with MP3 audio. Why? I have no idea, but I can only imagine the rest of the encode is of similar quality compared to source. The upscale technically violates Nyaa rules *(as does this upload)*, but until someone puts the subs onto a proper encode there's not much I can do about that. If someone would like to donate their effort to OCRing the subs from this, I would be more than happy to do that.
Speaking of the subs, turns out that they've hardsubbed them. Why would you do this in <current year>? That's a very good question: feel free to ask the Italians. And yes, the sub group is Italian. While I'm not fluent in Japanese and therefore can't actually comment on the sub quality, be aware that English is probably not their first language *(though skimming through the episodes it seems fine at a rough glance)*.
oh I've watched all 50 episodes of this release and i can state definitively that not only is the English so poor that it's hard to make sense of at times, it's also almost certainly riddled with mistranslations lol, only watch this if you're entertained by bad grammar like I am lol
Yeah I haven't exactly looked extensively at it, but people on /m/ were requesting a batch torrent and it made more sense to me to upload to the public trackers than just have a standalone magnet link, so here we are. I haven't actually looked at the files myself beyond doing a doubletake when I noticed they were hardsubbed after grabbing MediaInfo.
It's not as if the subs for this will ever be revisited in the future, unfortunately. It's far too obscure a show for anyone to put in effort, especially when it's already been "subbed". Aside from OCRing the subs and putting it onto a nice(r) encode, this is the best we'll get more than likely.
85.4% now! Still no seeders, but it has miraculously downloaded 1.5% over the last week by connecting to other leechers. Maybe there is hope to ever watch this in my lifetime?

kevenz, thanks for the link, I still bookmarked it as a possible alternative option but I can only download torrents since my internet is too slow/unstable for large direct downloads like this. I just tried the uptobox and 1fichier downloads in your link, and same issue: it downloads for a bit then times out and says the download has failed and it won’t let me resume it. Unfortunately I live in rural area and don’t have access to high speed internet :(
But thanks to the seeder that connects once in a while and seeds this, there might actually be hope to finish this download. 90.5% now! :)

It took 8 months, but finally... 100%!!!!! Thank you AnimeShinigami and JackTrade for making this great series available to us, and everyone else who seeded! Without your help I would never have had the chance to watch this. Now... Time for another retro mecha anime marathon! :)
