SPOILER in the first ep, Ogami said that the bombers were bought out by anti-beastman humans. In this ep, mayor said that they were hired by an anti-human organization. Is this a hint at some higher conspiracy, or is there a bit of a translation mix-up?

@Stealthmomo, the Japanese Netflix release was on Friday at 3pm GMT, it just took a bit longer than usual for the raws to be uploaded.
