I'll try. Shinkalion BDs annoyed me because they cut out almost all the licensed songs (like Christmas Eve). So what I want to try to do is use mkvcleaver to cut the audio out of both, layer the audio from the broadcast episode over the scenes where they cut out the audio, and then mux it back together, making a Frankensteinian abomination of BD video and audio in every scene except for the audio in the muted scenes. Does that make sense?
