This is upscaled from SD. They used the good BD and encoded it VFR like it should be. (Whoever tried to put together the JP BD tried to "HDify" this by warpsharpening the fuck out of it and it looked terrible) The video of this is soft as hell in both the DVD and BD. If this annoys you, my release is sharpened.

Ok quality, Episodes are COMPLETELY out of order, scheme doesn't make sense either. Do yourself a favor and rename your files based on the wikipedia list of episodes, which is the correct order. Each episode has a name presented in the first 5 minutes or so, compare that to wikipedia... i'm really not sure what whoever uploaded this was thinking when numbering the episodes... Should also point out that this torrent is actually Episodes 01-26 + Unaired Episode 27 + Chibits OVA Special + DVD Intro & All Ending sequences. The OVA, DVD Intro, and Ending sequences are all in the "SPs" folder The files that are out of order start at Episode 8 and go all the way to 26 with various levels of out-of-order-ness. its a bit of a mess
