I checked out some DB scenes in YouTube at 60fps and.. it just didn't run naturally smooth like it should. Not sure why folks like it bumped to 60fps.

@tatsuTG just a i5-4590 lol it doesnt even have HEVC hw support this took like 12 hours to do.

original video was 23.9 fps so frame interpolation is used thus the visual bugs
