This is a Mid-1980's (i am assuming 1984?) Test Pilot Episode English Dub of Dr. Slump, if you remember Dr. Slump? you might... Becuase Dr. Slump is by the same guy that brought Dragon Ball in our childhoods around the world! i Found the pilot on a MEGA link from a YouTube clip from the episode, so. i've uploaded it here for Archive use and since this Pilot is not available on Nyaa anywhere?
