I disagree, because unless you pause the video and zoom in really closely you won't see a difference, except that Ohys-Raws has no tv station logo visible permanently unlike the only other raw.

There is no direct correlation between video quality and tv station logos being visible, but I would argue that a visible tv station logo looks worse than a few more artefacts that you can only see if you are actually searching for them.
