Well you still have one problem here. The DVD source you used is worse than the other DVD source. It has interlacing artifacts and is also much darker.
This one is based on the other DVD if you want to compare https://nyaa.si/view/868513

Also I am pretty sure that russian one is upscaled. There has been HD release and FAIK all DVD releases are in SD.
(It is also almost as big as the ISO images. I just hate upscaled releases.)

@olio2 I don’t know about the interlacing artifacts, but I liked the darker one. I think it’s more fitting to the anime and the brightness in the other source feels unnatural.
