Well, this took much longer than I thought. It's not polished at all, and I've already found typos and stuff but I'm too lazy to re-render the whole thing again. Only tested on MPC, so if it's not working on another player, try with that. I feel like I should write an actual blog post about all the stupid things I had to deal with or look up while working on this, but for now I just want to release it. Doing a whole movie alone is pretty tiring. I forgot to even put in any sort of credits in the sub file! Either way, all the roles were filled by me, so I guess it doesn't really matter. The source I used to render this was from the [Ohys-Raws BD release](https://nyaa.si/view/1208511), but I actually timed and worked with an earlier Amazon video rip [here](https://nyaa.si/view/1200546). I had to offset the subs with the new file by 500ms, but I never checked too closely so it still might be a bit off. Also I'm no pro at rendering video, so I somehow managed to re-render that 7GB 1080P FLAC release into a file just under 2GB... I highly doubt that's a good thing, but oh well. Anyways, this movie was a pretty fun watch, so I hope ya'll enjoy it! Edit: Please feel free to let me know if you see any typos/errors, and I will probably fix them in a later v2 .ass file [here](https://drive.google.com/open?id=1ruwrfTITac9GL2YWabPEj7GiWa2yK42x) (Edit: Link is now to v2 subs)

Why would you need to re-render to fix typos?

I have no idea how to package the sub file into the mkv otherwise. I'm pretty clueless about that kinda thing, but if there's a better way please let me know!
you can just use mkvtoolnix to remux files into an .mkv container with no need to reencode
what @anor4k said, use mkvtoolnix: https://mkvtoolnix.download/downloads.html tutorials can be found online, or you can ask someone for help. nyaa comments can be hostile but people will help you if you want to learn

@anor4k @petzkuh Good to know, thanks for the tip. I guess with this I might make a v2 depending on how many errors I end up finding, and maybe even just edit the Ohys release without re-encoding to lower fidelity
i actually haven't checked any encodes for this but there's an encode by neko (https://nyaa.si/view/1206475) which should be better than ohys. you're better off not re-encoding it, and mkvtoolnix is pretty simple to use.

@anor4k I saw that when I was downloading the movie, and the overall size is larger, but the video file seems to be about the same? It includes a separate FLAC file in the torrent which makes up the extra space, but wouldn't the mkv already contain audio? Not sure if it's a thing to release them in separate files though Also I guess for v2 I'll definitely not re-encode anything and just use mkvtoolnix
the main mkv should have stereo audio and he included the 5.1 audio separately, you can just ignore it if you want to and just use stereo.
thanks for the subs. does anyone have the individual .srt (sub file) so i can just sync it with my copy
