It's an official Chinese stream. They stream anime movies early in China to discourage piracy or something.

to discourage piracy? but ultimately it helps us pirate things more! while getting to enjoy the love that is precure in a genuine way at the same time! muah ha ha ha! precure and warriors of love would support piracy (as long as it was done honorably/morally)! <3

But any Chinese user who paid to watch this is money they might've never gotten since the BD won't come out for months. In fact, the person who uploaded the original rip to this site had to spend money to do so.

I see.... well that's fair. spending money so you can post pirated uploads that help others who can't watch it any other way (or in a certain way that matters to them, such as without having to watch RAW Japanese, or people who don't want to wait months for the DVD release) . that's a kind thing to do! and actually supports the creators with money they wouldn't have gotten if not for somebody's desire to that... I guess that's what you mean? :)
