It’s fine even if unpatched, just a very few lines of dialogue sitting a little higher than the rest, nothing related to translation, timing, or typesetting.

for anyone who has issues with this torrent not starting, download the torrent file instead of using the magnet link
for some reason the magnet link isn’t allowing the the meta data to download
