A user previously reported that the remux I uploaded had errors, so here's a new rip. This DVD Remux was also done via XMedia Recode, but the latest version so there should be nothing wrong with it. I've included a bunch of cool extras so that I'd not upload them separately.
On PC, I'd suggest to watch with SM Player. On Android, either MX Player Pro or the KD Player.
Note: I did try to make a remux via PgcDemux which was entirely possible, but none of the subs I found would synch with this release and OCR'ing would take too long. If anyone wants to do a better release of this, I appreciate it as this anime film is rather unpopular due to Disney's version.

@impakt: New version looks perfect! Thank you very much for fixing it. Noticed that this copy has the standard ~24fps, while the first copy had ~20.5fps which was probably the source of the problems that I reported before.
@acefrehley: VOBSubs play fine in MPC and MPV. Default subtitle track is signs only though, so you probably need to just change to the 2nd sub track to see dialogue subtitles. Also plays fine in VLC, but they are white instead of yellow for me oddly enough.. wonder if that's a setting that I tweaked at some point. lol

I know, I changed the subtitle track. Normally, I can play vobsubs just fine
But in this file, they are all black and blurred (unreadable), and most lines don't even show, anyway
No problem, will just use SM Player
