This is very good if you're trying to achieve a small file size at the cost of losing grain. It's very visible on the hair in the first screenshot. It would look better if you kept more of the grain by either removing the filter and probably by lowering the CRF a little. It would obviously be at the cost of the file size being larger which really isn't an issue since it's currently just 2.4 GiB.
