Re-encoded from [Moozzi2's raw](https://nyaa.si/view/1168112) with English subs from BlueFixer (eps 19-26) and an unknown source (probably ILA) (eps 1-18). I corrected the style sheets to make them more consistent but other than that they are untouched. Single Audio: Japanese (2.0 FLAC). Not only is Aim for the Ace a classic in its own right but without it we wouldn't have Gunbuster and I wouldn't want to live that world.

I would appreciate any help seeding.
Wow, these subs are poor. I had to stop watching part of the way through the first episode.
Not only did they do some weeb shit like subtitle sound effects like "bida" and keep terms like "Ochoufujin", "Chikutaikai", and "Oni-coach" in Japanese, but there are also some grammar mistakes (i.e. "did promised") and translation mistakes (i.e. "too school clock" instead of "too slow school clock").
Also, is it just me, or does the video look a little washed-out? The whole opening scene in the first episode looks far too bright, you can barely see any of the image.
The release by [Acebuster] doesn't have this problem with their encodes, featuring vibrant colors and clear linework. They also have much better styling on the subs, and a much better reading script without any nonsensical weeb shit in it.
Don't waste your time here and go get their release instead.
