Just muxes. If we ever do our own encoding, it will be from the source, not someone else’s encode.

If this is really a recap of the TV anime then it’s not worth it.

Trust me, it’s worth it even though it’s technically a recap. The original scenes are bonkers in a very FAGirl way, the commentary is all new and good content, there are new songs and stuff. It’s far from a bland plot compilation like most recap movies.
