If it had 59.94 fps as its web source that's one thing but another to add it in (as in re-encoding it and adding frames that were not there) so a no and a rolling of the eyes to this ridiculous remark.
>For those who can see more than 24 fps.
I guess we can stop mocking them folks who were doing 60 fps anime's just cuz a "green" said so or maybe not cuz they don't got the right color.
>If it had 59.94 fps as its web source that’s one thing but another to add it in (as in re-encoding it and adding frames that were not there) so a no and a rolling of the eyes to this ridiculous remark.
It quite clearly says TV source, not web, but literally just frame-step through the sections with gameplay footage and you can see that those are not interpolated frames.

Here's an official (web!!!!!) upload of the first opening at 60fps with all game frames being unique, now stop complaining since you have no fucking clue how video works in general.
Signed, a "purple".
@anon20191103 Well that's what its labeled here the remark however says otherwise on the fps. The fps is at 59.940.

The "TV" part might be a misunderstanding on the uploader of this or not. That and the resolution is clearly pointing out the obvious to me. So again is why I wrote that if it didn't come at 60fps originally it was purposely done in this manner.
I don't care if it's a preference enjoy your anime at 60 fps more power to you but don't purposely mislead people that this is what it should be at despite the owners of the anime not providing such a thing.
@joletb If you think I'm complaining I'm not it's criticizing and that's a PV of the OP. What value does that have on this as a PV?
Didn't you encode [Hand Shakers at 29.970 fps?](https://nyaa.si/view/1061485) [The OP was in 23.976 fps](https://animetosho.org/file/kuusou-hand-shakers-op-bd-1080p-aac-c1646ceb-mkv.398870) Correct me if I am wrong. If so was that meant to be at that?
Here's a PV of Episode 4 of Hand Shakers at 60 fps https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2X0wYEA5amI
Here's a PV for Re Zero by Kadokawa themselves, It's at 60 fps too https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLFUEr2NV7I
Holy shit are you fucking retarded
Among all the other stupid shit that just came out of your mouth, ~~that linked video is~~ BOTH of those linked videos are 24fps
@LCE Very easy to throw those words out online but you wouldn't do it to my face. Best trust. Weak people like you gotta do that instead of just get to the facts and inform.
Anyway, regardless you are right and I was mocking concerning Re Zero but I wasn't on Hand Shakers, however the link given to me states 29.970 fps and max 59.94 fps.
Now here's the same YouTube channel that joletb gave but for Hi Score Girl 2 OP https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vw1TGGXRrbM
Now to be fair here's a PV for it at 60 fps, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G62vmE0FkTw
Also, BDMV compliant does not allow 60 fps. Correct me if I am wrong.
Are you aware of a fun little thing called interlacing.
You can have interlaced content with unique information on each field (two per frame). Which is exactly what we have here for the 60fps segments.
> Very easy to throw those words out online but you wouldn’t do it to my face. Best trust.
Not him, but I would do say that if you were a random stranger like you are.
People are just ingrateful little bitches :D
If you don't enjoy becausei t's not 60fps then don't watch. Why complain? Do better yourself. Don't criticize others.
Thank you OP
@chevalierdulys
Maybe perhaps you should try reading?
People weren't complaining about it not being 60fps. Why? Because it is 60fps and this release is properly encoded.
No one is being ingrateful. You just have noZA_ complaining because he doesn't understand the technobabble discussed.
Why doesn't motbob just use the netflix web source to make his 60fps video tho? I wouldn't wanna touch a TV source with a ten foot pole because of the awful quality.
>Aren’t both 30fps tho?
no, TV is 60i which can be converted to 60p. netflix is 30p which can't be converted to 60p. for the 60 fps sections, netflix's video is just missing half the frames.
