I've never ever seen any difference between the two (30/60) and one compresses better with lesser filesize. Filesize is more important than quality that can't be seen by the average viewer and makes less than shit on a sandwich as a choice of topping worth of difference to the viewing experience. So many ppl have their priorities about what actually matters ass backwards and paddling a douche canoe the wrong way up the river on this that it's just silly. Anything better than yellow hardsubbed VHS episode "encodes" of DBZ Buu Saga in 240p VBR Real Media video is acceptable to me anyway.
