Salvaged from the depths of 'net, here is the second OVA for Mashin Eiyuuden Wataru, Owari-naki Toki no Monogatari, with English subs by rainbow-dream. I was pretty surprised the big Wataru collection by tyerggh didn't have these files, so here they are. These were done ages ago, long before soft-subs even existed, so they are in hardsubbed avi format. Enjoy!

You are welcome, but the answer is nope, because there are no better subs available than the ~7 years old Russian-English ones, also, the big collection I mentioned have good 720p BD rips (except Chou-) of Wataru. I suggest to dl them from the big batch and use the subs in kitsu, because they are in sync with RAWs. The subs are not very good, but one can get the gist of story so they are good enough, I guess.
