for those who don't know what this is, it's an encode of BLINX01's Zoku DVDISOs. For Zoku, he used a call-in translation service called one hour translation to translate a lot of untranslated signs. So the translation will be very hit-or-miss because he probably got different translators every time he called in. this is still the "best" release complete for ZSZS because nobody has put any other effort in to translating those signs.

The typesetting on this is pretty rough but it is good enough to get the message across. Almost all the signs are translated, which is kind of a must for this anime and does not seem to be present in any other release (at least from ep 6 onwards). This will have to do for now.
