Hinamatsuri (i.e. Hina-matsuri), also called Doll's Day or Girls' Day, is a special day in Japan. Hinamatsuri is celebrated each year on March 3. This is a day for thinking about the happiness and health of young girls in Japanese families. @Henk The dub is titled "Hinamatsuri" as well; neither Funimation nor Crunchyroll call this show "Hina Festival". I suspect the uploader put the Japanese title (ヒナまつり) into Google Translate for some reason. Though matsuri does in fact mean festival.

Not that it matters after so long, but MAL does list Hina Festival as an alternative title for this show.
