I spent hours on this and it’s my first time encoding I hope I get good responses because to my eyes the encoded videos looks like the original but has very little noticeable difference
me being a starter I used handbrake
there’s one thing I learnt
slower the process better the outcome :)
so far I haven’t planned for the next release mainly because my school started today

skullacho
thanks! good work!
not flac audio very too long space hd
audio opus is better space hd
its my opinion…
Fu-reiji
you should also go back to 264 cause 265 is still not very stable or reliable to a majority of people you’re trying to give this to.

@skullacho alright inshallah next release ill upload with opus audio
I uploaded with FLAC audio because I didn’t want to ruin the quality of the audio
zechs
@dummy_dum_dum I’m looking forward to the release with opus audio and can you make episode 1 size equivalent to rest of the episodes? and dual audio would be awesome!
dummy_dum_dum (uploader)
@zechs yep ill release the dual audio version separately with opus format
I didn’t include dual audio because to save up space
and it will be encoded to x264 10bit
Leafshade
@Fu-reiji I disagree, there are TONNES of options for 264, we don’t need more 264 options, 265 is a lot rarer and has a lot of benefits, plus it’s becoming more and more common and more and more supported, unless something new comes along a few years from now it will be the standard and people will be scrambling to replace their 264 files, makes sense to get ahead.

What leafshade said, 265 is hard to find which is why i instantly jumped for this encode

@zechs after watching some of the episodes with lostyears subs I gotta say these r VERY creative subs
consider watching it subbed (by lostyears ofc) it’s very unique and creative
and yes ill use opus audio for my next release, for now, stick with FLAC audio
and @Fu-reiji I feel like x265 is a great encoding option IMO id rather stick with that and everyone here also supports that option
even my shitty laptop (which barely plays Minecraft at 30 fps) can load x265 nicely! (with some uncommon lag)
aptop6
Fu-reiji Almost everything nowdays can play x265. My old 2014 laptop plays x265.

Thanks!

thanks for x265 and FLAC, and still keeping it small sized :)
