Episode 08, 1080p version

Some users who use MPC-HC have had crashes. This is perhaps due to two code scripts in where the first one has a unnecessary blur function (1:10) and the other an excessive amount of blur (1:30 & 11:10-11:40) that a specific renderer (VSFilter) could not handle.

#patch for v2 - This includes patches for the main 1080p version both the original and the fixed version

Consider using as your main renderer from now on:
AssFilterMod https://www.videohelp.com/software/AssFilterMod
XySubFilter https://www.videohelp.com/software/XySubFilter

  • [Teasing Anon] Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san S2 - 08 [720p].mkv (280.0 MiB)

has the same error at 1:30 and crush, like nesubs, then crush at 11:10 again even if you try to jump the first error

the fixed version of neesubs, still have the crush error on 1:30 and 11:40, wait for a version without crush, to make your version…

In case if the patch above doesn’t work try this: https://www2.zippyshare.com/v/JhfN0IzZ/file.html It’s the script only.

Saw there was still couple of excessive blur left over, saw there was a incorrect fade effect that should be “fad” instead of “fade”. Maybe this’ll help the rest of you, otherwise I give up. This is based on the v2 script that I posted from Teasing Anon and tested it with MPC-HC with “Internal Subtitle Renderer”.

No patch just the script itself in case some of ya’ll patched to a v2. Just drag the script to where the mkv is and make sure it’s the same name as the file and it should trigger to it when you play the mkv in MPC-HC (likewise with PotPlayer), otherwise in MPC-HC go to File > Subtitle > Load Subtitle > Direct to where the subs are at > That’s it.

PotPlayer > Right Click on main video > Subtitle > Add/Select Subtitles > Load Subtitles > Direct to where the subs are at > That’s it.
