Audio is REALLY fucked up in the opening, oh my god… And it’s not on my end because from other episodes and youtube it sounds fine. no, it's not filler, the story was ALWAYS about Thorfinn dude, in fact this is where the manga started, and the Thors part was a flashback. The story was never about Thors, but about Thorfinn seeking revenge. It has only started.
