No. Re-encodes refer to a re-encode of a BDrip. Encodes of BDMVs are labeled as BDrips. What encoder was used means nothing.

There seems to be a mistranslation on this subs especially on the post credits scene. Are you sure this is official? For example there is one dialogue in Japanese which Chika said is " nani sore?!" which translates as “What is that?!” but it translates as " This is unacceptable!". This is kind of far off of being an official subs.:( Also in the post credit scene don’t you think is unwise to use someone group’s name to name your own idol group? You should name it on your own because its always on the rules on every idol group competition such as Love Live. Think about it…

It is not uncommon for official subs to be complete trash. This is one of them and I think confirmed by some people that actually bought the physical BD.

Azurewing depending on the context, “nani sore!?” translating into “This is unacceptable” is perfectly fine. I’m not sure why people are harping on official subs.
