the one I am referring to is the one for Usagi Drop https://nyaa.si/view/494096 ... possibly as a smaller file size ?
the original was done many years ago, a new encode might allow a smaller file size
@komugi - It is seeded: multiple seeders, no leechers. And you can always get it from the bot.
As for a re-encode, you'd have to talk to the encoder (at Commie) about that. Good luck...

the torrent thread lists 2 seeds, I have been trying for days to get it, and nothing, and looking at the comments, it has been that way for a good while noew
... not everyone in here uses irc ... I am one who has never used irc, I don't even know how it works, and I imagine there are lots of other in here who are like that also

It literally takes 5 minutes to learn. Download Hexchat, or iRSSI, or whatever client you want, connect to Rizon, then run the request command message in Rizon, as generated from: https://nibl.co.uk/bots.php (ex. /msg Orphan|Arutha xdcc send #663 ).
