do i need to watch index for this? id rather not

thanks!!! @DR3AMKIILL3R - it's post fight with the main protag so... it's a hassle but you pretty much have to watch Index and Railgun storylines to recognize some of the characters and their relationships I guess??

@DR3AMKiiLL3R If you at least know the characters you don't have to watch index. They wouldn't make any major impact on the story. Same in Railgun, Touma just appear for one scene here and there but never played major roles.

is this the continuation after Index III ended this winter season or is it before that ?

It's like someone looked at the entirety of Index S3 and said "but we didn't really throw ALL the darts at the board and then throw the board into a blender... let's keep going!"

Incase anyone is wondering, this is after episode 20 of Index season 1(not after Index III).
