It IS shady. On the other hand, time seems to be right, filesize also seems to be right (comparing 720p with the raw), and it's honestly not weird to see people do not!HS to rip 1st episodes of shows while HS gets their bots ready (or any other time when HS starts being late). Vinland also seems to be popular enough for someone to bother doing that. Viruses and other such stuff tend to be lighter and also in compressed files.
Still, nothing wrong if anyone wants to be cautious
