The English audio tracks for episodes 24-29 had to be trimmed and for episode 34 had to be lengthened to accommodate differences in duration of the eye catch. The AniMecha release's audio was low quality but it was the only English track I could find. I am not sure if there was a Manga Entertainment dub (or any other) of the television series but I think this is the Bandai Visual dub from the more recent DVDs. The New Files OVA is coming soon.
