No, both japanese audio tracks, a lossless 2.0 and a lossy 5.1, identical to japanese Blu-Ray. But video match Koten_Gars timing, so you can directly mux Koten_Gars english audio with this video if you want.

Honneamise is just in my project list for now. I haven't even yet searched if there is a proper subtitled release. I've just been able to have access to a Blu-Ray, and checked it wasn't the censored version.
