If no one can re-seed, you can try to download the OVA from the link provided in the information section, although you'll need a functioning Adobe Flash Player installation to use it, so I don't know if it still works.
I don't think that works. I used the Ruffle extension on Chrome to emulate the Flash player but it didn't seem to work. If the files are/were hosted on Dropbox it seems the link died at some point. Maybe someone who still has actual Flash installed on their computer could get it to work. I tried going to older versions of the site via Wayback Machine and around 2011 it used to host the files on Megaupload, which are obviously long gone.
