[New version](https://nyaa.si/view/1147813) The usual, now in 1080p! Correct Stand names, Bruno's surname localized, Some-Stuffs dialogue styling and OP/ED lyrics, and a couple sign/misc tweaks where I can do so quickly. I spent a bit of time this week working on getting full chapters and trying to make sure stuff wasn't mistimed by a couple frames. Might be faster at doing the same next week if there's a consistent pattern.

Looks like the dialogue before the commercial break is still a frame early. Whoops.
Are the mistimings a fault on my end?

Don't think so. The issue definitely isn't part of the sub file itself, at least. For some reason, the subs appear in Aegisub at a different frame from when they show up in mpv. No idea why, I don't think I've ever encountered this outside of JoJo. I'm realizing that outside of this project, I've pretty much only worked with BD (or DVD/TV in exceptional cases) video, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's CR's fault. I'm also now remembering that I've seen stuff be off by a frame in Erai-raws' Mob Psycho 100 II, so yeah, probably a CR issue. Ugh.

>Delay relative to video : -83 ms Remuxing the video with ```--default-duration 0:24000/1001fps``` should fix the timing issues.

Ah, NTSC framerates. That would explain things.
At 00:08:08.238, you forgot to change “Take this! Sanctua–”.
