https://imgur.com/baNzhQf Okay, what's this? I just downloaded all 5 volumes and all episodes look like this - I can see the subtitles, but the video is totally broken in every episode. It's fine in the OVAs, but you said you didn't touch them from the previous release. I guess the problem lies with the encoding, but I can't fix it on my own. I'm using Kawaii codec pack to play it and no, I'm not going to switch players. So, what should I do?

update your video player. the encodes use a new feature that has been supported for about 2 years now (since june 2017). there's no excuse to not update.
