This is an English dub of Gasshin Sentai Mechander Robo, or Mekanda Robot, made in the Philippines in the 1970s by the defunct Questor International:

Only 29 out of the 35 episodes were dubbed before the series, as well as all other super-robot anime at the time, were prohibited and forced off the air.
Most characters were given English names like “Jimmy Orion,” “Marcus Vabce” and “David Humboldt” (the 3 pilots) but some like “Medusa” were retained.
Each episode is about 80MB. These appear to have been ripped from VCD, in turn recorded from videotape, possiblly Betamax or VHS, and the video quality is a very low quality (352 x 240). But at least the audio is a very clear stereo track;.I am sharing my copy in the hope that it will help in the production of English subtitles for higher quality sets. If so, please make the subtitle files available separately also!
