I have decided to create my own remux with my next to no knowledge because I try to have things archived as lossless/untouched as possible.

It is I, the uploader here. Yeah, maybe. Although, it looks pretty much the same as the ISO I've used if you ask me. I did say I have next to no knowledge ^-^
(Side note: I don't have the best upload speed, unstable 5mbit.)
>I try to have things archived as lossless/untouched as possible.
How about just keeping the untouched ISO then? Your shitty encode with uncompressed audio is actually bigger than the source.
I'm also keeping the ISO. I encoded this for myself, not for anyone's sake, so it's not a problem if it's shit. It's just more convenient to have it as a playable format too. Also, I'm only sharing this because I can ^-^
if you have "next to no knowledge" and time to waste doing this kind of things, why don't you start by fakken studying a bit, uh ?
There are plenty of sources on the net on how to encode.
That is true, there is a myriad of threads and sources on the net about encoding but you think I wouldn't do that if I had the time? ^-^ As said, no matter how shit it may be, it's an attempt.
Premiere Pro CC lets you set decently high codecs/bit rates with goodish compression unlike the old AVI/MP4 focused versions, tho I dunno why you would use it over handbrake or the many free mkv tools.
I suppose I have Premiere Pro because it does the job for me since I don't do video editing that often and I guess I completely forgot about HandBrake's existence (oh and, thanks for the first, actually informative comment, I really appreciate that)
