The ZRIPZ releases didn’t include the OVAs, this does.
That’s the difference.
Based on the file size, I think OVA 1 is that uploaded by roger2017 on 2018-07-05
OVA 3 is credited to Mushin (the file size matches the upload of 2018-12-26)
OVA 2… both Asakura and Amalgama released files of that size, so without looking at the videos to compare the subs I can’t make a safe guess as to which is included here.
FYI: Asakura did release an upload of all three OVAs bundled together on 2019-06-03 [BDRip 1920x1080 x364 FLAC] (3.0 GiB); their description doesn’t say anything concerning censorship, but neither did Mushin’s. I find it hard to conceive that there would have been both censored and uncensored releases of the OVAs given their being bundled with the Manga, but what do I know…
