Otaku_J-san, no. These re-encodes are just trash encoded at the lowest possible bitrate.

Calling another persons work trash seems pretty mean for a moderator. roger's encodes are generally pretty good, though i do wish he re-encoded more than just HorribleSubs. HorribleSubs aren't bad, but I prefer the sign typesetting of other groups.

same for me I love his encodes, I wait for them every season tho this one seems a bit sketchy...I'm still looking forward to it tho I never cared for best quality, for me it's right quality with the right size

These encodes are almost identical to the source with maybe exception to some high fps scenes. In this particular case, small size was achieved due to original video being blurry and low on details. These encodes are in no way trash and actually a godsend for people like me, who prefers quality-size balanced releases and not constrained with outdated software/hardware/firmware. x265 ftw! I wish this encoder would one day get through all of Moozzi2 releases. I'd torrent the result with pleasure even without subs.
