File track restructure of an older encode. Removed superfluous chapters, set English as default track, labeled tracks and arranged. Had a hard drive crash recently and wound up having to do this for the second time in like five years…not again. Other people were also complaining about it in the comments section of the previous encode, so here it is… nice and fixed! Old encodes were labeled as Coal-Girls, but I have my doubts that they actually were, cause I’ve seen some of their other stuff and it wasn’t ever screwed up like this.
