Remux of FFF-Vivid (https://nyaa.si/view/1124836) and Ohys-Raws (https://nyaa.si/view/1122543) releases so all credit goes to them. Took video and audio streams from Ohys and subtitle streams from Vivid's releases. Figured I'd upload this since there were no 720p releases with english subs. Gonna seed this indefinitely or until I rip from BD's myself but Ohys sources are alright so I probably won't. Cheers!

@fenson i changed the offset of subs a bit since ohys had additional 20 seconds of intro but i don't think that fixed this issue, no. personally, i didn't notice any issues when i watched it.

subs are fine if you watch on your toaster, but not on a set top box, disappear after 11 mins
