I don't know who is responsible for the subs whenever there's multiple things going on at once, be it something on TV in the background, or a song playing, at the same time people are talking.. but why do they always, always fuck it up? It's always random subs moving to the middle of the screen, or one being on top of the other but then swapping places, etc. Like, fuck dude. Someone needs to stop doing this shit. At the very least just do not put the subs of rando song lyrics or barely audible TV noise if it's gonna be fucking with the important subs. Or do the subs actually display properly on crunchyroll?

Oh huh.. I just checked the Eri Raws release, which I think are the same subs, but they don't freak out like that, and just have the background stuff at the top and regular stuff at the bottom. Does that mean it's just the horrible subs release fucking it up? I remember it being super bad for episode 8 too, at the end. Or is that only happening to me?

thats sentais official subs being bad at their jobs, whenever theres subs that should be on the top in italics for insert songs or background talking like has been the standard in fansubbing for decades they just put them all over the screen and stack them so you dont where to read for whos talking
