Credit goes to u/pastelmoonprincess from reddit. After looking all across the internet for a still-viable copy, they came through as the hero. Since the other couple of torrents for this Vol. 27 OAD are dead/no seeders - I'm paying forward the good will that I found today.
This is RAW, and the resolution isn't 'stellar' (was labeled as 480p, upon downloading it Windows tells me its 720x408). It is also an .MP4 file, as that is what the source I found provided.

@herkz, I mean that's completely up to you. At the time I just saw the ones that were on nyaa either had no seeders or appeared dead. One had a seeder at first, and then about 3.5 hours into the download (and at a whopping 3.0%) the seeder disappeared and I was left in a perpetual state of searching for/connecting to peers. But yeah, the more the merrier mate, I just know it can be kind of a pain to find so I just wanted to pass on what pastelmoonprincess from reddit had shared.
well the DVDISO is basically useless to 99.9% of the people on this site so that's probably why no one bothers to seed it. especially when on a private tracker specifically for DVDISOs and BDs the file still has plenty of seeds.
@thefinalhope - there is a LQ hardsubbed version retranslated from Russian fansubs available on tokyoinsider. It is understandable even if some sentences sound awkward and the volleyball glossary is not always used correctly.
