I think danke empire releases the officially translated manga volumes, those are pretty good if you're looking for batches but they're not always on nyaa

Official translation is better for this manga, but it lacks color pages (ch1: pages 1, 2, ch18:1, ch20:1,2, ch25:1, ch36:1,2, ch43:1,2, ch44:1,2). They're b/w in danke releases.
