If anyone was paying attention to the IRC channel, this will be my final encode under the Exiled-Destiny name. I've been part of the group for about a decade and have enjoyed my time there. I will still be hanging around to chat with others, our channel isn't closing. With the advent of streaming and people not downloading as much, it was time I stopped paying the bill for the bots and move on to other projects. taskforce had his own reasons for wanting to shut down as well, and I'll leave him to explain if he wishes.
On a side-note, yes I do have the BD's for this show. Yes I will do a 720p encode. No I will not do 1080p, so do not ask me, you will be ignored. I just haven't ripped the BD discs yet because I've been watching it off and on on my PS4 because I wanted to check out the dub. (which is alright for Funimation, but its not winning awards)

TwinShadow do what you can with what you got, its good to see your still working on fansubs, having fun with it is the most important thing.On a side note I think only a few should fool with 1080, to make it worth while else its a straight rip and just eats ups space for no reason, leave 1080 to those crazy enough to do it right.
My understanding of E-D history was from a split (two I guess, I only know about one) with Anime-Takeover way back when. There's only been one show I'm aware that used fansubs which was Dirty Pair if I remember. Other than that, I'm not aware of any involvement with fansubs since I've been with the group.

The end of a glorious era. Been watching ED releases for at least 10 years. One of the first releases that I can remember watching from ED was Abenobashi Magical Shopping Arcade back around 2009, but I know it wasn't the first. Fun times. I wish you all the best TwinShadow. <3
First release of E-D was "Yakusai Kochou" on 03. January 2005, according to AniDB.
So it closed shortly after it's 14th Birthday :-(

A4E was separate entirely. The only bit of history I know was taskforce and a couple others split from Anime-Takeover. And even then, I recall him saying that that was a split from something else I believe.
So....the USBD of this anime doesn't have the next-ep preview clip in the end of each episode either???not even the ending card in the on-air web-dl version??
Does that mean the video of the 720p is also USBD for the audio matching???
For one reason or another, Funimation didn't do ep previews at the end of each episode. I don't know why, but it is what it is. And yes, it is the same on the BD. However, I'm not encoding any of the extras or no credit OP/ED. Anyone that wants those, can buy the DVD or BD set or get them elsewhere.
And I have no idea what you mean about the audio. I encode and release what you would be watching as if it were played in a DVD/BD player. One can switch the audio to JPN and the subs if they want the other track. This has basically been the mantra for E-D from the beginning.
I mean the dub didn't cover the preview part, so the 720p that is going to release will also be the USBD video, right?
Actually....I prefer the USBD video because the JPBD's rip is everywhere now, I love "rare" stuff?
