Fire Aniplex into the sun.

Thank you very much!

what’s up with the low file size? Even HS has it.
Also, I genuinely hope for the extinction of Aniplex US. I can only hope one day I’ll gather enough strength to smite them from above.
I’m legit angry as fuck that this release gets only a bunch of downloads compared to HS’ one. Fuck casuals.

Thanks!

As long the subtitles resemble some type of English and have honorifics casuals are happy.

Thank you!

Well i see a lot more of words to say the same thing. Some time it’s better than Aniplex (Bitch sounds so much more intense. But she still says onna, which mean women. would have been kuso onna for bitch. ) and some times not. Last sentence. It punchs way more with Aniplex’s translation. Too much words ruins the wording.

OP looks terrible.
Oh man. I’d almost prefer an \an8 here.
Yomiko
@a1anne Japanese is a highly contextual language, much more so than English; it is virtually NEVER as 1:1 as onna = woman, KUSO onna = bitch. The vehemence and anger with which Krone says “ano onna!” makes it perfectly suitable to be translated as a swear word.
TroublingThings
She says “尼”, not “女”. If you want something to actually complain about in this script it would probably be the unnecessary apostrophes in some of Emma’s lines. Like, why? Not like she has a verbal tick or anything.

Thanks much!

Exactly my question/problem with this. I think this makes people think she’s speaking like some kinda thug (if they don’t understand the tiniest bit of japanese), or like what @TroublingThings said, “has a verbal tick”, which is totally wrong and unnecessary. Still can’t wrap my head around this, but thanks anyways!
