You can use this to understand what they are saying at 9:14. It’s in spanish but for that few unrecognizeable lines you can use this

It would be faster and less tedious if people divide their work.
One person makes from 0m to 30m, another (at the same time) from 30m to 1h etc.
Then, all subtitles would be glued togehter in one file.

@Plast0000 @Nani_Koray @Daiymon @Zorlaf @SamirParvez I’m at 36 minutes and 55 seconds at the subtitles from that CamRIP, and with the timing with this release I’m at 10 minutes and 2 seconds. There are already 648 lines in the first part from three of the movie, is quite a lot so idk if you all can do it today or even tomorrow. I don’t know for sure when I will finish this, but it will be in two languages (English and Romanian).
I want to release it along with the All Might: Rising Volume 0 Digital, with it’s Previews and a few things from Heroaca Website.

I’ve written out all the lines for the movie already and am at 24 minutes in for timestamping. Should have it done by the end of the day as an .srt file. If it’s not up before I’m finished, I’ll upload the subs as soon as I can.

I vote continue. While these subtitles…are usable and better than nothing… If someone is offering to take the time. My youngest is obsessed with My Hero Academia but alas also the reason I can’t sit and work through this myself.

Alright I just need to fix 2 or 3 times and a couple of typos I made and should have the subs up within the next hour! I used the official Funimation subs and I’ll post the link to the version of the movie I used when I post the subs!

Minus like 2 or 3 short lines that were hard to read, but they were only short ones like “Shut up” or “I’m sorry.” But I watched the movie in English in theaters and I know a bit of Japanese so I was able to make them almost exact for what I couldn’t see on the Camrip. So 99 percent yes. @SamirParvez

@xhakuxlokix great work. Soooooo much better than those Google Translated subtitles. As xhakuxlokix pointed out, what it is missing is negligible and does not impact anything. If you’re not paying 100% attention you wouldn’t even notice. I’m going with these. After bouncing between different versions it’s interesting to see just how nuanced translating has to be. That has been very interesting to see.

Edit: Just wanted to say that I’m glad that this community exists. Starting to see the movie post of streaming sites with those horrible subs and it makes me grateful that you people exist and work so hard.

@xhakuxlokix I can’t open that subtitle in Aegisub, it says “Parsing SRT: Expected timestamp pair at line 554”.
And in Subtitle Edit it says “Line 747 expected subtitle number: --Sorry I’m late. I was so focused” “Line 755 expected subtitle number: --Sorry I’m late. I was so focused”.
The cause is this “thing” idk how to call it, I have NO friggin’ idea how you succed this =)))

Hrm, same error here. Wanted to adjust the timing.

I just opened it up in SubEdit, and resaved it as a subrip then got it to open up in Aegisub. Notepad here too. I check the timing by bouncing around and if it’s good I hardcore it. No errors using wondershare.

Yeah I pretty much got it to where the movie is watchable and everyone can change what they need to on it to suit themselves. I’m gonna go back and change some of the funimation translations to more accurate translating from myself, then hardcore the timings over for personal taste. And of course add silly things here and there to it lol Also like I said, this is my first project and I know there were easier things to do with the double linings and such, but I didn’t quite understand what I was doing at first, then it still worked out so I left it as is. Three days without eating and staring at a screen didn’t help my brain work easier haha
