JPTVTS dramas are distributed publicly (uploaded to nyaa) only when someone wants to sub that drama, so the show can reach to a wider audience. The subbers get the files from JPTVTS. We now know who uploaded this episode and he apologized. He isn't able to delete the torrent as he uploaded it anonymously.
